JAN HOJER, 8B+ IN MAGIC WOOD
The young German sends his first 8b+

On June 18, the 20 year-old Jan Hojer sent his first 8b+ (soft, according to what he wrote on his 8a.nu logbook). It's The Never Ending Story, in Magic Wood, where Hojer has done other 8b's, in these same days: Riverbed, Steppenwolf, One summer in paradise. A huge step forward for Hojer, who until April had only climbed up to 8a+. In the last Boulder WC he came in 3rd, behind Fischhuber and Sean McColl.
