Another important ascent in Germany's Frankenjura: Sarah Seeger sent on Saturday 3 October Steinbock, a steeply overhanging 22 move 8c at the Orakel, first ascended by Markus Bock in August 2008.
On May 30, 2009, Sarah redpointed Ronin (10+/11-); Steinbock is the hardest route climbed by a woman in the Frankenjura.
In Frankenjura again, Czeck climber Nelly Kudrova sent Plan B 8b: "I almost fell by the finish of the route, which has relatively polished footholds and also my fingers were totally frozen"
