24 Apr Hidden Beauty couloir FA in Albigna (CH)

 
 
 
 
On April 16th Fabio Elli, Emanuel Panizza and Daniele Castellani have managed the first ascent of an attractive new couloir in Albigna, Bergell –  Central Alps Switzerland.
 
Called Hidden Beauty, is  220 meters long and graded by the first ascenders  V/4+.
 
Fabio Elli, 30 years mountaineer from Milano and a special feeling with ice, reported that he scored the couloir during an ascent focused to climb the Goulotte del Comandante in the same area of Pizzo Balzetto.
 
He was back few days later with Emanuel Panizza  – alpine guide – and Daniele Castellani – photograph and was pleased to discover that the goulotte was still in very good condtions.
