25 Oct Eilleen Jubes climbs Kif Kif Demain, 8c+ at Bielsa

Spanish climber Eilleen Jubes realized the second female ascent of Kif Kif Demain doing in this way the first route of this grade for her. Kif Kif was opened by Manu Lopez five years ago and in the 2016 saw the first female ascent thanks to Mar Alvarez.

Born in Venezuela, Jubes had a short but incredible agonist career in Spain where in 2012 and 2013 won Spanish Cup Lead and Lead and Boulder Championship.

Thanks to this performance, Eilleen is the sixth woman in Spain able to climb a 8c+ route after Josune Bereziartu (Honky Mix, Oñate, 2000), Daila Ojeda (Mind Control, Oliana, 2012), Mar Alvarez (Mind Control, Oliana, 2013), Eva Lopez (Potemkin, Cuenca, 2013) e Andreas Cartas (Così Fan Tutte, Bielsa, 2017).
