18 Oct El Indomable: Rocasolano and the first spanish 8c+

We know already that when we mention Alberto “Beto” Rocasolano we are speaking of one of the strongest climbers in the world other than Spain. In the last two years Beto demonstrated his power with many high-level ascents in Spain  and the last news definetely celebrates him. In the area of Tamajon, Rocasolano did the first ascent of the first spanish 8c+, El Indomable, which ascent can be followed at the end of the video interview reported above.

Also last year Beto arrived quite close to this result when he did the first ascent of La Teoria del Todo in Albarracin, then proposed as 8c by first repetitors, and in addition he sent many other 8c boulders and flashed 8b ones.

Let’s hope that El Indomable will be confirmed as the first spanish 8c+ and one of the hardest boulders in the world!
