29 Jul French climbers on fire

The French climbers have sent their 9a project: Sang neuf and Je vais bien tout va bien exit.

For Rémi Samyn, who is a strong climber and a well known climbing coach, is the first time on a 9th grade. With Sang neuf in Pierrot Beach, he has reached a childhood dream: to climb a 9a.

The story is different for Mathieu, who has climbed his 22nd 9a. Situated in La Balme, Je vais bien tout va bien exit is a new line bolted by him five years ago. He has already a new project in the same crag, a new connection in the 9a+ range.
