Great accomplishment for the Spanish climber Nacho Sanchez (second at the International Master Tierra Boulder Battle on March 23 in Stockholm) as he was able to send his long term project  at  Gota de la Cova, Crevillente.

The name is  Insomnio, 8C,  here the newly released video on Vimeo.

It is a roof of  conglomerate, with the first 6 moves very hard, where the 5 th is the crux and the 6th rather aleatory. The rest – he writes on his blog – is a bit  easier.

It took 6 months for the first 4 moves, and at Christmas he managed to link the fifth  and then … a "siege" to be able to link also the 6 th.
The result: "My most difficult boulder until now, suffering much more than I expected!"
