The second edition of the ice climbing meeting Osttirol Eiskletter Festival takes place in Austria from January 13 to 15.
The festival is settled in Matrei in Osttirol (Tirol, Austria), in the Hohe Tauern mountain range. The event starts on Friday evening and continues on Saturday and Sunday at the Eispark with ice climbing workshops. Special guest is the US climber Steve House.
Friday, January 13
- 19:30: Meeting with Steve House at Matreier Tauernhaus
Saturday, January 14
- 9:00 meeting at the Matreier Tauernhaus and common access to the Eispark. Coaching and workshops with Steve House and mountain guides.
- 14:00 test gear (Petzl, Austrialpin, Grivel, Adidas)
- 15:00 2. Osttiroler Eismaster followed by awards ceremony and raffle at the Matreier Tauernhaus
- 21:00 Eisparty with live music
Sunday, January 15
- 10:00 meeting at the Matreier Tauernhaus and ice climbing with mountain guides.
