Between January 18th and 19th the british climbers Matt Burdekin and Tom Ripley succeeded in climbing a new route on the East face of Aguja Bifida Sur (2400 mt), a rarely visited peak in El Chalten area. The new route, named The Siren, climbs straight up the slabs in the midst of the wall, then bends left joining the adjacent Cogan.
