25 Sep Trad Climbing Meeting in Valle dell’Orco

 

The CAAI, with the sponsorship of Club Alpino Italiano, is organising from september 19 to 25, 2010, the first Trad Climbing Meeting, international event, in Ceresole Reale, Orco valley.
The objective is to allow the communication of experiences among international climbers, promote climbing and in particular its Trad style, as well as Orco Valley, a privilege site for this activity.
 
Climbers from the various climbing federations will be invited, up to 2 per nation, for a maximum of 60 participants. They will be assisted by host climbers in selecting proper climbs and locations.

Climbing days will end with thematic slideshows, open to the public.

On the last day, friday september 24, a public climbing event with the participation of top climbers will end the meeting.
