Canadian climber Sean McColl ha done “Punt-X” 9a in Déversé (Gorges du Loup – Nice), his 2nd 9a after Dreamcatcher in Squamish.
The route is 20m on an overhanging wall at 35° degrees and has 30 moves of endurance and power.
McColl sent Punt-X very quickly (1’40’’). He did some attempts two years ago, then this year worked it for 4 days.
Punt-X was opened by Alex Chabot and repeated by Adam Ondra, Enzo Oddo, Andreas Bindhammer and Anatole Bosio.
