It has been termed his biggest and fastest solo, and may as well be. According to Reel Rock Film Tour, Alex Honnold completed the Triple Crown in Yosemite in 18 hours, starting on Mount Watkins at 4pm and topping out on the Half Dome at 10.45 the following morning. Apparently, he free soloed for 90%, with some aid climbing in between. At his arrival on the summit of the Half Dome, he is reported to have finally said: "Ok, that was a big deal".
