James Webb climbs Dreamcatcher, 9a at Squamish

Sport climbing performance for strong boulder climber

05 September 2018
Great climb for James Webb at Squamish where repeated the hard Dreamcatcher, 9a opened by Chris Sharma more than ten years ago.

After dozens and dozens of 8c boulder, James Webb for this time left crash pad and brush for harness, quickdraws and rope and realized a rare ascent of Dreamcatcher, historical 9a of this important spot of Canada opened in 2005 by Mr. Chris Sharma. “I’ve had many goals throughout my climbing but this route has always stood out to me among the rest,” said Webb on Instagram. “Huge props to Chris Sharma for establishing one of the most aesthetic lines you’ll ever see. Sticking the finish jug was most certainly a feeling I will never forget.”
