UIAA Ice Climbing World Cup, Corvara/Rabenstein

The second stage of the UIAA Ice Climbing World Cup takes place from January 25 to 27 on the ice tower of Corvara / Rabenstein.
The Ice Climbing World Cup stops in Corvara / Rabenstein (Val Passiria / Passeiertal, Alto Adige / Südtirol, IT) for the sixth consecutive year. The races will take place on Friday January 26 (qualifying) and Saturday January 27 (finals).
The Eisturm (ice tower) of Corvara is one of the most challenging ice climbing walls in Europe: it is 25 meters high, with walls, suspended objects, horizontal passages, numerous overhangs and very complex side crossings. The athletes, coming from over 20 different nations, will compete in the Lead and Speed disciplines.
