Continued yesterday and tonight shocks of the swarm that is affecting Nepal. A final estimate speaks now more than three thousand dead but the official accounts are very difficult to establish. Some important buildings of immense historical value were destroyed forever. These include the Dharahara, UNESCO and many temples of Durbar Square in addition to countless numbers of houses and buildings. In Nepal nothing was built of reinforced concrete, too expensive for a country so poor. Meanwhile, the authorities have reported serious difficulties in the operations of extraction of the survivors: they are working with all available means but not enough.
The dramatic situation to Everest base camp grew up to at least 18 the number of confirmed dead but there is talk of dozens of people missing. Some climbers are stranded in various fields above. In the video the impressive images of an avalanche at the base camp.
