Two of most strong female climbers, a route that is a sort f chimera and the rock of Ratikon. This is just the elements for a movie story but this is all real. Barbara Zangerl and Nina Caprez repeated Unendliche Geschichte (Never Ending Story), a 12L multipitch opened by Beat Kammerlander in 1991 with a highest difficult of 8b+ and a 7c+ obligatory.
“The real hard part was to find first where to pass” Babsi writed us, “cause after the second ascent done by Pietro Dal Prà in 2005, there were not marked holds and the route was very dirty. That to find the correct solutions, above all for the hardest pitch graded 8b and 8b+ and, cause me and Nina have not the same size, sometimes these were different”
After spending some days to works every single pitch, Nina and Babsi did all the pitch first, from the ground to the top. The ascent was from 8th to 9th September.
