Nicola Pisani, born in 1972, is an architect living and working in Savoa. He's very fond of cycling: therefore, he spends a lot of time in the wild, keen on exploring new routes and areas.
Although he was born in Modena, he soon discovered Finale Ligure and the Beigua Park, falling in love with the area and moving there.
He has also worked for MSF in several African countries, dealing especially with Water&Sanitation projects, and after having covered literally thousands of miles, between Zimbabwe and Sierra Leone, by bike, he states that biking is the best way to get in touch with a local community and explore the landscape, and that sport is one of the most effective tools to spread its culture.
He has committed to compiling his first MTB guidebook to share the places he's fallen in love with - a due tribute for an area so culturally, historically and environmentally rich, a perfect mix of adrenalinic descents and demanding climbs.
He's the editor of the website www.finalemountainbike.com
