VAUDE wins the Soul@Work Award for the well-being of human resources

The success in applying the corporate culture of trust has allowed outdoor German company to receive the award, demonstrating its attention to ensuring the employees' psychological well-being in the workplace. At the awards ceremony, which took place in Kloster Eberbach, Germany, Father Ansel Grun presented the award to Miriam Schilling, the Personnel Manager VAUDE.

The Soul@Work Award is held annually on the initiative Stark wie Bambus (Strong like Bamboo), founded by the author Katharina Maehrlein, with the aim of raising awareness of managers, HR managers towards health, in terms of well-being in the workplace. Companies and individuals are awarded in 5 categories for their innovative approach to the development of health promotion, by a group of experts made up of representatives from politics, business, religion, sports, philosophy and other fields.

VAUDE has been selected by a group of experts in the Companies category of average size up to 5000 employees. The culture of trust VAUDE is based on a positive view of humanity and the idea that people are naturally motivated to contribute their qualities and achievements.
