Patagonia: PowSlayer Collection

Jackets and snow pants made with recycled Gore-Tex® Pro fabric

11 December 2017
Patagonia, season after season, continues its commitment to create the best product, without causing unnecessary damage.

Making resistant garments is the most important environmental feature in the outdoor clothing sector. This becomes possible by using more and more recycled materials, such as the recycled outer fabric GORE-TEX® Pro. Objective: to achieve a 100% sustainable snow line.

Patagonia continues to work with its partners not only to develop the most performing technical fabrics, but also to adopt versions that employ the most advanced recycled materials in the sector. The PowSlayer snow collection was born naturally.

Finally, thanks to the guarantee of Worn Wear products and repair centers, any Patagonia product purchased is covered for the entire life of the product. If it will be possible to repair it, Patagonia will take care of making the garment usable again, also ensuring that it ends up in the right place at the end of its cycle of use.

PowSlayer Jacket

Conceived to satisfy the highly technical versatility that characterizes freeride activities, the PowSlayer jacket is made of GORE-TEX® Pro 3-layer fabric in 100% recycled ripstop nylon, extremely light but incredibly resistant, for the highest level of waterproof / breathable protection and anti-wind.
Pockets: two on the chest (one equipped with a pocket for a multimedia device and loop for radio / earphone), two hand warmers, a small pocket on the bicep where to put the skipass, two inside pockets and an internal glove compartment. With built-in RECCO® reflector for avalanche rescue.

PowSlayer Bibs

Updated for this season with an even more minimalist design and made of GORE-TEX® Pro fabric, for the first time with an outer surface in 100% recycled nylon, the PowSlayer Bibs are now offered in a lighter and more compressible version. Other details include an articulated frame on the hips and knees for maximum freedom of movement, openings on the outside of the thigh to adjust the internal temperature, robust, low-profile gaiters with a drawstring and solid protections at the bottom of the leg, plus 5 pockets ( two cargo applied on the thighs, two in the middle of the bust and one in the back).
