13 July 2016Formazza Event is proud to present the first edition of the competition Bettelmatt Ultra Trail: a trail designed to celebrate the 10° anniversary of the Bettelmatt Sky Race.
Through the fascinating landscapes of Valle Formazza and Antigorio, on trails full of historic tradition and characterized by challenging routes over 2000 meters of altitude, for a total of 5080 meters D+. Departure on Saturday 13 July at 03:00.
The amazing scenarios of the Devero park, alpine passes which link the two valleys and the mountains, that surround the numerous lakes, you will have the chance to enjoy the landscape and face yourself.
The trail has been drawn in order to ideally touch all the alpine pasture where the traditional and well appreciated cheese Bettelmatt is produced.
Bettelmatt Ultra Trail has been evaluated by ITRA and is part of the qualification races that give the necessary points for the registration to the Ultra Trail du Mont Blanc. This race has gained 4 endurance point (new scale).
