North Face Power Trekking arrives in Milan

The Power Trekking is dedicated to outdoor sports enthusiasts! Saturday, May 27 at the Store The North Face in Milan.
There is an opportunity not to be missed for outdoor sports lovers: the Saturday, May 27th event with the Power Trekking labeled The North Face at the discovery of the Lombardy Precipices!
The North Face has envisaged enriching the weekly I TRAIN FOR sessions at its Milan Store (held every Tuesday from 19.15 to 28 November) with a series of monthly appointments to discover trails and hiking trails Of new challenges for climbers.
Prepare a Nature's Sabbath to discover unbelievable landscapes along with the SOUL RUNNING team and Nabumbo's creators, a hiking and adventure project inspired by the passion of wilderness enthusiasts as well as biologists, guides and photographers Massimiliano Tarello and Mauro Fanelli. With them, participants will find the energies necessary to face the climb to the summit. Power Trekking means just that: pushing beyond your physical and mental limits.
The meeting will be held in Milan at Store The North Face at San Carlo Gallery (MM1 SAN BABILA) at 8.30 am, destination Alpe del Vicerè (903 m).
Some information about the route: 4 hours total ring (1 hour at Monte Bollettone, 2.30 hours at Mount Palanzone - 900 meters D + tot.) During which there are planned stops dedicated to Yoga and knowledge of the territory as well as moments dedicated to the photos .
Participants will be accompanied by Sara Lavino Zona, Yoga Teacher, Fitness and Body Building instructor and trail runner.
8.30 am - Meeting at North Face Store Milan - Galleria San Carlo 2
9.00 am - Departure from Milan by bus
10.20 am - Beginning of the Power Trekking
3 pm - Return to the bus and refreshments based on water and fruit
15.30 - Departure to Milan
5 pm - Arrival in Milan
Participants are required to carry the following mandatory materials: lightweight backpack / camelbag - water reserve at least 1 liter - food autonomy (finger - fruit - other) - running or trekking shoes - windproof jacket - cell phone.
Recommended equipment: a change of clothing - GPS - sunscreen - fine weather cap / rain poncho.
