Lonnie Kauk, son of American legend Ron Kauk, did the second ascent of Magic Line, 8b+/c trad line in Yosemite. Ron is a Hall of Fame member of global climbing. His ascent of Astroman on Washington Column in 1975 with John Long and John Bachar, Separate Reality in 1978 or Midnight Lightning are some of his must, today also a grest test for modern climbers.
In 2013, Lonnie did the second ascet of Alex Honnold Too Big to Flail also, an incredible highball in Bischop. Not bad for a…professional snowboarder!
